Ingredients & Preparation
- 1 Carrot finely chopped
- 1 Cup Cabbage finely chopped
- 2 stings Spring onions finely chopped
- 1 medium Capsicum finely chopped
- 1 Cup corn kernels
- 3 Tablespoon Corn floor & put 1 Cup water, mix it well
- 3 finely chopped green chilies
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Green Chilly Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilly Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Teaspoon white Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
Recipe
Take a large pot, Add oil & heat it, put Ginger & garlic, green chilies, sauté, put Vegetables & cook for 2 mins, don’t cover with lid, add all the sauce ls & salt, add 4 cups water make boil it, add corn-flour mixture & boil for 5 minutes, take out on the bowl & serve hot, enjoy.
