Preparation for Bombay Sandwich

for 4 people ( Per person average is 1&1/2 Sandwich)

12 Slices of large bread & cutout sides
2 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon Green Chutney ( recipe given below)
2 Cucumber, peeled & slices ( circles)
2 Tomatoes, Slices ( circles)
1 large Boiled, peeled & sliced Potato ( circles)
2 Tablespoons Grated cheese ( optional)
1 spoon Chat Masala ( optional)

Recipe

Take bread slices, apply butter, very thin coat, apply Chutney a very thick coat, put Cucumber & Tomato slices , sprinkle Chat masala , put cheese & grill it till golden brown, serve hot with Tomato Ketchup, Chutney & Tea or Coffee.

Please note
1. Don’t put salt , it’s in green Chutney & chat masala
2. Add Slices of Capsicum, Beetroot as per your liking & enjoy eating

Green Chutney

Preparations & ingredients
1 Cup Coriander chopped
1/2 Cup Pudhina/ Mint leaves
1 ” Ginger chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon sugar
1 spoon Jeera
1 spoon Dale/ Roasted gram or roasted chana
1/2 lemon juice

Recipe

Put all the above ingredients in a mixer & 1/4 cup water, grind it till it becomes coarsely or smooth as per your taste.
