Chole Bhature

π‘ͺ𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒆:

Preparations & Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chickpeas/Kabuli chana
  • Overnight soaked Chickpeas/ Kabuli chana/chole
  • Boil in the cooker, take out 8 whistles till becoming tender
  • 1 spoon Oil
  • 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 spoon Chole masala
  • 1 spoon Ginger Galic paste
  • 1 spoon Black salt
  • Coriander to garnish
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot on a gas stove, put oil & add all the spices, put Ginger GalicGarlic paste Tomato & onions, cook it for 5mins add Kabuli chanae add 1 glass water cook for 20mins & garnish it with coriander.
Ready to serve & eat.

𝑩𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆:

Preparations & ingredients:

  • 2 Cup All-purpose flour / Maida
  • 1 Tablespoon Semolina/ Rawa
  • 1 Tablespoon hot oil / Mohan
  • 1/2 spoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Oil for frying
  • Water if needed

Recipe
Take a plate, mix all the above ingredients, and make a tight dough, keep it aside for 30 mins. Make a ball, Roll it for 5″ or Bigger, put it on the hot oil, fry it, take it out on a paper towel, serve hot, enjoy with chole

𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒂 π‘ͺ𝒉𝒂𝒔𝒔 / π‘©π’–π’•π’•π’†π’“π’Žπ’Šπ’π’Œ

2 cups curd, 4 cups water, pink or black salt, 1 green chilli, 1 small piece of Ginger & Handful of chopped Coriander (ground these 3) add to the Buttermilk, become very tasty.

𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒅: onions, cucumber, tomatoes lemon juice & pink or black salt, mix well & serve cold.
