Veg Thali
Paneer Burji Recipe:
- 1 cup grated Paneer
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped Coriander
- 1 spoon grated ginger Garlic & green chilli
- 1 spoon chat masala
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon Butter
- 2 spoon oil
Recipe
Take a pan add oil, add the above Masala, saute ,add the above Vegetables cook it for 5minutes, add Paneer, salt, Chat Masala, add Butter cook it for 3 mins, ready to serve with garnished Coriander.
