Ingredients & Preparations

  1. Chana Dal 2 Katori (soak overnight)
  2. Green Chilli 4
    Salt as per taste

Put all the Ingredients in a mixer & coarsely ground.
Recipe- Heat oil, make wadas & fry on the medium slow gas.

  • 1 coconut Milk
  • 1 inches दालचिनी
  • 2 Cloves
  • 4 Black pepper
  • 1 Red Dry Chilli

Take a pan, put 1 teaspoon oil, add all the above masala’s & add Coconut Milk, boil it
Serve hot.

Red Chutney

  • 2 Garlic pods
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Put in a mixer & make a fine powder

Sweet Chutney ( From Supermarket)
Potato wafers

Serving –
Take a plate, break wadas, add a coconut curry, both the Chutneys, Chopped onions, Chopped Coriander, Wafers & serve immediately, enjoy with your family & friends 😊😊
