Tomato & Cucumber Raita – Type two
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Curd / Dahi
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Cucumber/ Kakdi chopped
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1/ 4 Cup Coriander/ Kothimbir chopped
- 3 Green Chillies chopped lengthwise
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoons Chat Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoons Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoons Coarsely ground black pepper powder
Recipe
Whisk dahi make it smooth in one bowl, add all the ingredients above one by one , fold it nicely. Garnish with Coriander & green chilli’s. Put it in a serving bowl, ready to serve & eat , Enjoy eating
