Moong Pakoda

Preparations & ingredients

  • 1 Cup moong Dal, washed & soaked in the water for couple of hours then take out water & coarsely ground.
  • 1 Tablespoon Besan
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Asafoitida
  • 1/2 Teaspoon spoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoons Ajwain
  • 1 spoon Cumin & coriander coarsely ground
  • 1/2 spoon Eno / Fruit salt
  • 1 Tablespoons hot oil / Mohan

Recipe

In the moong batter add all the above ingredients, mix it well.
Take a Kadhai, put oil ,make it hot. Once it hot make small pakods put in a hot oil Kadhai, fry till golden brown, take it out on paper towel, so oil will get absorbed. Ready to eat. Eat with green chutney, enjoy with your family & friends
