Vegetable Poha Cutlets

Preparations & ingredients

  • 2 Cup Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Soaked poha
  • 1 /2 Cup each cooked Carrat, Beet, Green peas, Corn kernels
  • 1&1/2 spoon salt,
  • 2 spoon Green chillies , Ginger & Garlic paste
  • 1 spoon Garam Masala
  • 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 Table spoons Cornflour
  • 2 Table spoons Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 vati chopped Coriander

Recipe

  • Mash all the vegetable & add all the ingredients given above, gently fold it.
  • Make a dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Make 20 balls & pat it on your palm ,make a cutlet of your favourite shape.
  • Roll it in a breadcrumbs &
  • Heat a pan on gas stove, pour a oil for frying, put 2, 3 cutlets at a time, but one by one. Fry till golden brown. Serve it with green chutney or Ketchup, ready to eat 😋😋
