Preparations & ingredients
- 2 Cup Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Cup Soaked poha
- 1 /2 Cup each cooked Carrat, Beet, Green peas, Corn kernels
- 1&1/2 spoon salt,
- 2 spoon Green chillies , Ginger & Garlic paste
- 1 spoon Garam Masala
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
- 2 Table spoons Cornflour
- 2 Table spoons Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 vati chopped Coriander
Recipe
- Mash all the vegetable & add all the ingredients given above, gently fold it.
- Make a dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.
- Make 20 balls & pat it on your palm ,make a cutlet of your favourite shape.
- Roll it in a breadcrumbs &
- Heat a pan on gas stove, pour a oil for frying, put 2, 3 cutlets at a time, but one by one. Fry till golden brown. Serve it with green chutney or Ketchup, ready to eat 😋😋
