Preparation & Ingredients
For Cover
- 2 Cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Ajwain
- 1 Cup water
- 1/4 Cup oil for Kneading & roasting Paratha’s
Take a bowl, add the above ingredients & make a dough like Chapati. Make small balls & Keep it aside.
For Stuffing
- 2 Cup Boiled Potato, grated ( take 2/3 Potatoes)
- 250 gms Paneer grated
- 5 Coarsely ground Green chillies
- 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Garlic
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- 1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander
Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients & fold it gently. Keep it aside.
Recipe – Take a dough ball, roll it for 3″ & put the mixture, close it. Roll it for 6 to 8″.
Take a griddle, make it hot, put Paratha, roast it to both the sides with few drops of Ghee or oil, take out in a serving plate, eat with Curd, Tomato Ketchup or Chutney, enjoy.
