Aloo Paneer Paratha

Preparation & Ingredients

For Cover

  • 2 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup oil for Kneeding & roasting Paratha’s

Take a bowl, add the above ingredients & make a dough like Chapati. Make small balls & Keep it aside.

For Stuffing

  • 2 Cup Boiled Potato, grated (take 2/3 Potatoes)
  • 250 gms Paneer grated
  • 5 Coarsely ground Green chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander

Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients & fold it gently. Keep it aside.

Recipe – Take a dough ball, roll it for 3″ & put the mixture, close it. Roll it for 6 to 8″ .
Take a griddle, make it hot, put Paratha, roast it to both the sides with few drops of Ghree or oil, take out in a serving plate, eat with Curd, Tomato Ketchup or Chutney, enjoy 😄😄
