Preparations & ingredients
1 Cup Besan
3 Cups water
1 spoon Salt
Mix all the above ingredient & make a smooth paste
Seasoning
2 spoon oil
1 spoon Mustard seeds
1 spoon Jeera
1 spoon Coarsely ground Green chillies
7 pods Garlic round slices
2 pinch of Asafoitida/ Hing
1/2 spoon Turmeric powder/ Halad
1 spoon Red Chilli powder / Tikhat
3/4 Kokam / Amsul
1/2 Cup chopped Coriander
1/2 tea spoon sugar
Take a pan on gas stove, make it hot, put a oil & seasoning ingredients one by one, once it sputtering, put Besan paste ( watery) kokam, sugar, stir it & cover it with the lid , cook it on slow flame for 10 mins , stir it again, till it becomes semi solid, then turn off the gas, garnish with coriander & serve hot with Bhakri, Chapati or Rice , enjoy eating ππ
Bhakri
Preparations & ingredients
2 Cups Jawar Atta
1/2 tea spoon Salt
1& 1/2 Cup warm Water
Mix all the ingredients, knead it for 5 mins , it has to be like chapati dough, rest it for 5minutes.
Recipe
Put a griddle / Tawa on gas stove, make it hot.
Make 6 to 8 balls of the Jawar dough, put it on Rolling board/ polpat, dust some flour, keep the jawar dough ball & Tap it with four fingers, slowly & gently clockwise/ Bharkri thapne. Make it 6 to 8 ” round shape, take it on the palm & put it on the hot griddle, put little water on the Bhakri surface. Turn it after 2 mins. Roast it both the side & put it directly on a flame. Take out once it done. Bhakri bhajun kadhavi.
Take out in a plate, put some butter/ loni & serve hot ππ
Tomato wa Kakdi chi dhayatli Koshimbir / Tomato & Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
1 Cup Curd / Dahi
1 Tomato chopped
1 Cucumber/ Kakdi chopped
1/ 4 Cup Coriander/ Kothimbir chopped
3 Green Chillies chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon Sugar
1 Jeera power roasted & coarsely ground/ Jeere bhajun bharda
Recipe
Whisk dahi make it smooth in one bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, fold it nicely. Garnish with Coriander & ready to serve & eat, Enjoy ππ
Zhanzhanit Mirchicha Techa/ very spicy Green Chilli Thecha
Preparation & ingredients
100 gms green Chillies
50 gms pods Garlic
1″ Ginger
1 spoon salt
1 spoon Cumin & Coriander seeds
2 Tablespoon roasted ground nuts
1 small lemon size Tamarind
Or 1 lemon juice
Recipe
Put all the ingredients in a grinder & coarsely ground it.
Take a pan, add 1 spoon oil, make it hot , add the mixture & saute for 2 mins, it’s ready to serve ππ
Methi Leaves & Onion Bhaji
Preparation & Ingredients
4 Cup Methi washed & chopped
2 Onions, peeled & chopped
2 Green chillies slits
Recipe
Take a pan, heat it, add1 Tablespoon oil put 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1 pinch Asafoetida , 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, 2 Green chillies ,saute for 2 mins, add onions & saute for 3 mins on low flame. Once the onions are translucent add methi leaves & saute , cook for 5 mins add 2 Tablespoon Roasted ground nut powder, 2 Tablespoon Grated coconut, 2 Teaspoon Sugar, 1 Teaspoon Salt, saute again & ready to serve hot, eat with Chapati, Phulkas, enjoyπ
