- 2 Cup Rajgira Atta
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera
- 1 Teaspoon Green Chilli coarsely ground
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander chopped
- Water as needed
Make a dough & keep it aside for 10 mins
Recipe: take a griddle, apply little ghee & coat it. Make one Lemon size ball & pat it 4″ round & make a hole & put some Ghee. Heat it on the slow flame, once it’s turns golden brown, flip it, then once it golden brown, take out in a plate & serve with curd or coconut chutney, enjoy eating with family & friends.
