Preparation & Ingredients
- Take Cup Wheat Flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 spoon of oil, 3/4 Cup Water.
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Ghee
Recipe
Mix all the ingredients well & knead it. Make small balls of Atta, put it on Rolling board & Roll it to 3″ add a Teaspoon Sugar & Food it triangular. Roll it to 6 to 8″ Chapati. Put it on the hot griddle & roast it add ghee, roast it to golden brown & ready to serve. Eat hot, enjoy with your family & friends
