Upwas special Ratale Kees/ Greated Sweet Potato with spices for 4 to 6 people
Preparations & ingredients
- 1 kg Sweet Potatoes, peeled, grated.
- 1/ 2 cup Coriander chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh & Grated coconut
- 2 spoons salt
- 2 spoon sugar
- 1 cup Roased Ground nuts powder/ Danyache kut
Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Clarified Butter/ Pure Ghee/ Tup
- 2 spoon Cumin seeds / Jeera
- 10 Green chillies chopped
Recipe:
Take a pan, heat it on the gas stove, Put ghee, let it melt. Put Cumin seeds/Jeera, green chillies, let it splutter, take out those grated sweet potatoes & put it into the pan & saute it for 3 to 5 mins, put a lid, cook for 15 mins on slow flame,
Please add sugar, salt & groundnuts powder after first 5 mins. Stir it well for 2 mins & cook further. Once done, it’s ready to serve, garnish with coconut & coriander & ready to eat.
