Preparation & Ingredients
- 500gms Chicken pieces with bones
- 1 Large onion chopped lengthwise
- 1/2 Carrot cubed
- 1 medium Potato deskinned, finely chopped
- 4 Green chillies chopped lengthwise & half
- 3 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 6 to 7 Garlic cloves chopped finely
- 12 Curry leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
- 3 small sticks Cinnamon
- 3 Cardamom
- 5 Cloves
- 1 Bay leaf
Recipe
Take a pan, heat it add oil, put Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, add green chillies, bay leaf, put Onion & Curry leaves & saute till Onion gets translucent. Add Chicken & saute till its gets white till 5 mins. Then add vegetables saute for 2 mins, add Coconut Milk & boil it, put a lid & cook for 8 to 10mins as per the chicken gets tender. Once ready take out in a serving bowl, add Curry leaves & ready to eat. Enjoy with your family & friends.
