Paneer Roll
  • 6 Chapati’s
  • Paneer 350gms
  • Coriander 2 Tablespoon chopped
  • Onion 1 Cut lengthwise
  • Tomato 1 cut lengthwise
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Teaspoons Chat Masala
  • 1 Teaspoons Garam Masala
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Recipe
Take a pan, add 1 Teaspoons oil, heat it, put all the above masala’s & salt, roast it for a minute, add Paneer & saute it. Roast it for 3 to 4 minutes on the low flame. Take out in a plate.
Put one chapati on Tawa, add few drops of oil, heat it, add little onions & tomatoes, add a Tablespoon filling of Paneer, close it from both the sides, roast it till golden brown, take out in the serving plate, eat with green chutney, tomato ketchup or pickle. Enjoy with your dear once.
