Goda Waran
Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Vati Tur Dal , washed
- 2 Vati water
Mix it put it in a pressure cooker & take out 4 whistles
Once it’s done, take out the extra water & keep it aside. Add pinch of Asafoetida, Salt as per taste, 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power, pinch of Sugar, 1/2 Lemon juice, 1 Teaspoon of pure ghee. Mix it well & the waran is ready to eat with Bhat/ Rice, enjoy with your family & friends 😊😊
